How much is shipping?- Free shipping on all orders over $100! Normal shipping in the 48 mainland states is $16.95. Saturday delivery has a $10 FedEx surcharge. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries do not qualify for free shipping.
- Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are $26.95. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries do not qualify for free shipping.
- Saturday Deliveries are $26.95, no Saturday deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii

How soon must I order for delivery? Do you have same day delivery? What days do you deliver?- For next day delivery, orders must be received by noon Pacific time (ie Monday by noon for a Tuesday delivery).

- Tuesday through Friday are normal delivery days. We do not have Monday deliveries as FedEx Overnight doesnt have pick up on Sunday so overnight delivery for Monday is not possible. For Saturday and Sunday see below.
- large, special and unusual orders may require more time so advance notice is recommended
What can I do to ensure timely delivery?- Please check your order information carefully for typos, errors and omissions. If there are suite numbers or apt. numbers we need to know about them.
- If this is going to a business we need to know the name of the business, the floor number, suite number etc
- If this is going to a school we need to know the name of the school, the name of the dormitory, room number etc
- FedEx charges a $15 address correction charge. Providing us with incorrect information may make you subject to this additional charge. If you or your recipient redirect the package, you will be subject to a $20 redirect shipping charge. All this can be avoided by simply double checking the address and making sure your recipient is not on vacation.

If I order a vase, does it come in the vase? The flowers arrive in a ready to go bouquet with water tubes on the roses. They are packed into a long white box. The vase rides along side if ordered. When the recipient receives the flowers they simply pull off the tubes and place in the vase or their own vase. The process is very quick and simple.
What time do the flowers arrive? What if no one is home? Most major metro areas will be delivered by 3 PM. Suburban areas by 4 PM and rural areas by 5 PM in most cases. FedEx will not specify a time, or deliver before or after a certain time. If your recipient is not in and the courier feels it is safe, they will leave the package. We recommend that you send it where someone will be available to sign for the package. We also recommend that you alert your recipient to the expected arrival of a package. Surprises are great but then again so is anticipation.
Can you deliver on major holidays like Christmas? FedEx employees take certain holidays off including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. Therefore there is no overnight delivery for the holiday itself or the day after the holiday. If you are in doubt, call 1-800-GO FEDEX and see if the holiday in question is one they take off.
Do you deliver on Saturday? Saturday deliveries have an additional $10 FedEx charge. Total shipping is $26.95. Please be sure to click the FedEx Saturday delivery button on the order form. NOT ALL AREAS HAVE SATURDAY SERVICE. If you are in doubt, call 1-800-GO FEDEX and give them the recipient zip code and find out.
Do you deliver on Sunday? No, currently FedEx does not offer comprehensive Sunday delivery services.
How come the color I want is not available? As we sell out of an item we take it off the list so for example if you wanted yellow roses but it is not on the list it means that we are currently sold out of the item.
Do you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska? FedEx charges an additional $10 for Hawaii and Alaska deliveries for a total shipping charge of $26.95. Please be sure to check the appropriate FedEx delivery button on the order form. Neither have Saturday service and both have limited delivery areas. We recommend calling 1-800 GO FEDEX and asking if your delivery zip code has overnight service. If it does, great. If it doesn't, we cannot send to that location.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we only deliver to the 50 US states. Fedex charges an additional $10 for Hawaii and Alaska deliveries. Please be sure to check the appropriate FedEx delivery button on the order form. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or international addresses as custom delays and agricultural inspections make timely delivery impossible to guarantee.
